What is LPG? How is it produced?
LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) is a natural product obtained as a result of the extraction and refining of crude oil and natural gas extraction. This substance is a mixture of propane, butane and other gases. Autogas is flammable but non-toxic. When subjected to slight pressure (2-8 bar), it becomes a liquid. This matters because the transition to a liquid state reduces the volume of LPG by approximately 250 times. This allows you to store more gas in less space. Gas fuel is odorless, but for safety reasons, a characteristic fragrance is added to the mixture.
